What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, mobile wallets (e.g., Frimi), bank transfers, bank instalment payments, and cash on delivery.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.
What should I do if my payment is declined?

If the error is due to the customer (e.g., selected the wrong size), they are responsible for paying the return courier fee. However, if the mistake is on Harriet's part or the vendor's (e.g., damaged product), the return will be free of charge.
Can I return my product for any reason?
You are allowed to return a product for any reason you see fit, including a change of mind. However in this case, you have to bear the return courier fee.

Local deliveries typically take 2–3 business days. International deliveries usually take 5–7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other external factors may affect delivery times.
